BathVela is based in Zhongshan, Guangdong — minutes from Shuikou, Kaiping, the town known as China's faucet production base. That location is not a detail; it is our supply chain. Brass foundries, ceramic cartridge specialists, Neoperl-licensed aerator suppliers and plating chemistry partners all sit within an hour of our facility, which means shorter lead times, tighter quality control and faster problem-solving than long-distance sourcing can offer.
We manufacture and export six coordinated categories — basin faucets, shower faucets and systems, shower heads, bathroom hooks, shelves and accessories — with an obsession that defines everything we do: every product in a finish should match every other product in that finish. Importers and project buyers come to us because one purchase order, one QC standard and one shipment can now fill an entire bathroom program.

Tested Before It Ships
Salt Spray Testing
Every finish is verified in our salt-spray chamber: ASS 48 hours for chrome and matte black, CASS 48 hours for PVD finishes, with batch records kept for traceability.
Cartridge Life Testing
Ceramic cartridges are cycle-tested to 500,000-700,000 open-close operations, and thermostatic elements are verified for temperature stability and anti-scald response.
Air & Water Tightness
Every valve body passes air-tightness and hydrostatic pressure testing before assembly, and finished goods pass function and leak checks before packing.
