Private-Label Programs Without the Headaches

BathVela runs OEM and ODM programs for importers, retail chains and e-commerce brands in North America, Europe and Australia. We adapt existing models with your branding, or develop exclusive designs protected for your market. MOQs start at 100-500 pieces per model depending on category and customization level, with the final MOQ confirmed in the quotation, and we consolidate multi-category programs — faucets, showers and matching accessories — into single shipments under your brand.

Define the Market and Product

Identify the destination market, product type, installation format, target finish and expected quantity. Include reference drawings or samples and state which dimensions, connections, flow limits or documents are mandatory rather than leaving them for the sample stage.

Separate Standard and Custom Work

List the elements that can use an existing platform—body, cartridge, aerator or rough-in—and the elements that must be unique, such as handle shape, logo, finish tone or retail packaging. This makes tooling and sampling scope easier to understand.

Set the Approval Record

Approve drawings, functional samples, finish samples, markings and packaging as named checkpoints. Keep the approved references with the purchase order so production and pre-shipment inspection are judged against the same brief.

Private Label

Adapt a Current Platform

Private-label buyers can begin with an existing basin faucet, shower system or accessory platform and specify logo placement, finish, carton artwork, barcode and bundle contents. This route keeps the functional sample tied to an established product while creating a market-facing range under the buyer's brand.

Develop a More Exclusive Product

For a new shape or structure, provide drawings, a reference sample or a clear design brief. Separate the features that must be unique from standard internal components, then approve engineering drawings, functional samples, finish standards and packaging as named stages.
