Standard MOQ is 100 pieces per model for stock finishes. Custom finishes and OEM designs start at 300-500 pieces per model depending on category. Hooks and accessories have higher piece MOQs but very low dollar values, and mixed-model trial orders are welcome for new partners.
Yes. Standard samples are ready in 3-7 days and cost the unit price plus freight; the sample fee is refunded against your first bulk order. Custom/OEM samples take 7-15 days and may carry a tooling-adjusted fee; final sample charges are confirmed in the quotation.
Typical lead time is 25-35 days for standard orders and 35-45 days for OEM designs, counted from deposit and artwork confirmation; the confirmed schedule is stated in the order. Repeat orders of stock finishes can ship faster.
Standard production complies with CE requirements. cUPC-compliant configurations, WaterSense flow rates (1.2-1.8 GPM) and lead-free material options are available for North America; WRAS-related configurations for the UK and WELS-rated models for Australia can be arranged on request. Certification scope depends on the model, so contact us for the current status of specific items.
Chrome and matte black finishes pass ASS 48-hour salt spray testing; PVD finishes (brushed gold, brushed nickel, gunmetal) pass the more aggressive CASS 48-hour test. Test reports are available with your quotation, and batch QC records are kept for traceability.
Our standard warranty is 5 years on faucet bodies and finishes and 3 years on ABS components such as hand showers; final coverage is confirmed in the quotation. Warranty claims are handled with replacement parts or units in the next shipment.
Yes, mixed-container orders are our specialty. You can combine faucets, showers, hooks, shelves and accessories in one shipment, and matching-finish sets across categories are our signature program. MOQ applies per item.
Send us drawings, samples or a design brief. We quote tooling and unit price, produce samples in 7-15 days, and start mass production after sample approval. Services include laser logo engraving, custom finishes, exclusive designs and private packaging. See the OEM/ODM page for the full workflow.
Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T with balance against B/L copy; irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders, with final terms confirmed per order. PayPal or similar can be used for sample payments.
Absolutely. Factory visits to our Zhongshan facility are welcome by appointment, and we support live video audits covering casting, machining, polishing, plating lines, the salt-spray lab and assembly, for buyers who cannot travel. Third-party inspections (SGS, TUV, BV) are accepted before shipment.
